We organised this workshop to inspire 40 C-level executives from KES to adopt transformative business strategies through case studies and educational tours, highlighting startup successes and partnership strategies.

The event provided participants with insights into the Planetary Boundaries Framework, fostered a culture of innovation and sustainability among executives, encouraging them to implement similar strategies in their companies.

lululemon Patchwork Pillow Project

lululemon partnered with Fabrica to create a patchwork pillow project for underprivileged groups, utilising their scrap fabric. This collaboration also featured a workshop for lululemon staff, which provided hands-on experience in the production process and deepened their connection to the company’s values.

Pop-up at BMW iSpace Hong Kong
BMW invited The Mills Fabrica to curate the "Plastic Circularity" Pop-up at their BMW iSpace, aiming to integrate sustainable lifestyle elements into their brand experience. We enable brands to directly engage with consumers through its Fabrica X retail stores and gather vital consumer data. All campaigns are systematically measured, demonstrating how retail showcases can create planet-positive impact through consumer education and retail engagement. For example, the report for this campaign revealed that 76% of the participants are more inclined to adopt reducing, reusing, and recycling practices in their daily lives following the pop-up.

PANGAIA leveraged the Techstyle for Social Good Innovation Challenge to co-create problem statements and scout for early-stage alternative materials innovations. We curated a series of upcycling workshops and a public exhibition to inspire brands to embrace circular fashion and promote responsible consumption for a better future.
