What you will do
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants
- Recommended and display items that match customer needs
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- Assist in Workshop creation and participation
- Assist in event organization and operation
Entry Requirements
- No experience required
- Willing to take on new challenges
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
- Available to work on weekends
- The successful applicant would be offered a 3-month contract initially and subject to renewal depending on satisfactory performance.
